1-1/2" High Peak Kits (20' Wide)

Cowboy Canopy kits include the FITTINGS only. The electrical conduit poles are NOT included. The main framework poles (EMT- Electrical Metallic Tubing) are sold in standardized 10' lengths at any major hardware store. This kit uses 1-1/4" EMT conduit.

1-1/2" Canopy fittings pair with 1-1/4" EMT conduit.

Cowboy Canopy fittings are premium canopy fittings. All fittings have eye bolts, which allow for assembly without using tools. Our fittings are made of strong, 15-gauge galvanized steel. The galvanized steel is rust resistant and long-lasting. The welded joints are solid and capable of maintaining integrity under stress. Even the eye bolts have 360- welds (no tack welds). Cowboy Canopy fittings are built to last for decades.

1-1/2" High Peak Kits come complete with all roof fittings to build a high peak canopy. High peak roof fittings have a 120-degree angle with a roof pitch of 7 inches of rise per foot of run. Custom options include size, foot pads, and side wall fittings. Instructions for assembly are included with all canopy kits.

Custom Options:

1. Size - Select your desired structure size indicated by roof square foot coverage. This kit provides fittings to space your canopy poles every 10' down the length. 10' frame spacing is the industry standard. This economy spacing is ideal if minimal modifications of EMT poles is preferred (EMT come in standardized 10' lengths).

2. Foot Pads - For temporary, semi-permanent and permanent structures, foot pads provide stabilization and ground anchor points for your canopy structure. The base of each foot pad has four pre-drilled holes. One in the center designed for rainwater drainage and three on the perimeter allowing anchor nails or hardware of your choice to secure your structure to the ground.

3. Side Wall Fittings - Add either 1 or 2 side walls. The side wall upgrade not only ties your Canopy structure legs together for added horizontal strength but will also provide an additional option for attachment points to fixate side covers. To purchase additional side wall fittings beyond the standard upgrade options, search for FOL and FOT canopy fittings.

A high peak canopy is an excellent way to provide protection from the sun, rain and snow. The roof pitch is steep enough to cause shedding of accumulated snowfall and will minimize the risk of canopy/property damage in severe storms.

Please use caution when canopy building. Canopy assembly for high winds and heavy snow loads may require additional support. Build to suit. Recommendations include multiple bar braces on legs and peaks, legs spaced every 5', side wall fittings to help tie the legs together, additional roof rafters and joists using fittings FOT and FOL (see canopy fittings in menu), other. It is the customer's responsibility during periods of severe weather to take the necessary actions to avoid canopy and/or property damage.

It is strongly recommended to anchor your canopy to the ground.  This can be done in many different ways. The most common is to utilize the pre-drilled holes on each foot pad base. All foot pads have three holes on the perimeter for this purpose. Anchor nails can be hammered through these holes and into the ground to anchor your canopy down. Cowboy Canopy is not responsible for canopy/property damage due to acts of nature. Acts of nature include wind, rain, snow, floods, severe storms, or any other naturally occurring event.
